Vineyard Collection Chenin Blanc 2025
Grapes are harvested in mid-February at optimal ripeness, between 22 and 24 Balling. After gentle destemming and pressing, 50% of the juice is left on the skins for 24 hours to enhance complexity. Only the purest free-run juice is settled and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The wine rests on fine lees for several months, with regular bâtonnage to develop a creamy texture and additional depth while preserving the vibrant fruit character.
Bright and expressive with vibrant layers of fruit and a refreshing, flinty finish. Aromas of quince, white peach, and apricot are complemented by hints of tangy nectarine and fresh straw. The palate reveals ripe melon and subtle citrus notes, supported by well-balanced acidity and a full, rounded mouthfeel.

2024 Gilbert & Gaillard - Gold
The 21-year-old vines are deeply rooted in decomposed granite soils, which contribute to the wine’s mineral depth and early ripening. Planted at 200m above sea level, the vines benefit from cooling sea breezes, enhancing the natural freshness of the fruit. Small berry size and loose bunches result in excellent concentration and intensity of flavour.
