CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made up to 61+ days before the arrival date incur no charges.

Cancellation within 60 days of the arrival date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

In the case of a non-refundable rate, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied at any point of cancellation.
No verbal cancellations of reservations can be accepted.

Changes to length of stay or arrival and departure dates, if made within the below cancellation period,
will be bound and subject to the cancellation policy.
Where a cancellation is not made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy terms, we reserve the right
to charge full fees against your payment details provided, as detailed above.
Food and beverages are not allowed to be brought onto the estate by or on behalf of client for consumption

ASARA strongly recommends that you obtain travel insurance to prepare for any unforeseen events that may affect your travel plans.
​
Once a reservation has been confirmed, the following cancellation policy is imposed with immediate effect.
Cancellation fees are applicable to the entire length of stay and value of the booking.

7 or less days before arrival 100%

April to October
14-8 days before arrival 0%
7 or less days before arrival 100%

The above cancellation policy does not apply to groups or during periods when there are special events planned at ASARA Wine Estate & Hotel or during the Festive Season – during which time full cancellation fee of 100% applies from 30 days prior to arrival, or from time of booking if the booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.

A 100% cancellation fee applies to certain special offers and rates, this will always be indicated alongside the rate details when booking, and on the booking confirmation.

In the event of a no-show, or should you not arrive on the stated arrival date, your room will be released at 23:59 on the stated arrival date and a cancellation fee for the entire period will be charged.
​
Should a Guest depart earlier than the confirmed departure date, a full cancellation fee for the remainder of stay will be charged.
​
As credit card details are only taken to secure reservations, the full applicable cancellation fee as detailed above will automatically be billed to your card should we not receive prior notice of your cancellation. No further authorisation will be sought or required.
