Only the finest bunches are handpicked and cooled before undergoing a 24-hour skin contact period to extract enhanced fruit flavours and mineral white tannins. The purest free-run juice is fermented using a unique yeast strain to highlight varietal fruit purity. To enhance complexity, a portion of the wine is fermented in handcrafted Amphora and fine French oak barrels. The wine matures on fine lees for 10 months using the "Sur Lie" process, adding layers of flavour, texture, and seamless integration. The result is a wine of exceptional depth, minerality, and elegance

Enticing aromas of ripe stone fruits, honeyed pear, and delicate citrus undertones greet the nose, while the palate reveals layers of juicy apricot, succulent peach, and subtle creaminess. A portion of the wine, fermented in fine French oak barrels, adds depth and texture, seamlessly blending with the natural minerality imparted by amphora fermentation. The diverse soils, ranging from clay-rich granite to sandy loam, contribute superb minerality and concentrated fruit flavours. Proximity to False Bay ensures regular cooling breezes and cool nighttime temperatures, which preserve natural acidity and enhance fruit quality.
