mise en place features sophisticated dining and elegant service. We host a maximum of 40 guests per evening, and do not seat tables larger than eight. On fine summer evenings guests may choose to dine on the terrace, which offers a spectacular setting and memorable ambience.

Reservations are advised and can be made on using the calendar on this page or at our Reception. Please note that no table is guaranteed for hotel residents and that reservations at the earliest possible date are highly recommended.
