Whatever the season, Sansibar is the perfect place to gather for an early evening sundowner, witnessing the sun setting over the mountains in the distance as you enjoy a gin cocktail, a crisp Chenin or slow Chardonnay. An evening aperitif of cognac or whiskey will set your night in good stead on the lovely terrace or around the roaring fireplace.
Seating under the trees in the courtyard or in our elegant lounge, is perfect for a mid-morning/afternoon tea or coffee break, a business meeting or just to plan the day’s activities.
Our seasonal dinner restaurant is the ideal setting for laidback, summer evenings on the terrace, taking in the sounds of the farm’s nightlife of birds and crickets, beneath the stars as you savour the summer flavours being served.
